WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We ship from our partner located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. All of our shipping product are free of charge!

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
We offer different sizes for different clothing. Each product have their own measurements for you to compare yourself against. But again, as they come from our Chinese partners, you should expect them to be smaller than Europe/US standards.

WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week after receiving it! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. 

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
We proudly ship worldwide for FREE.
WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT? YOU ONLY USE PAYPAL?

Right now we use PayPal to accept money, but you can use it with your Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Maestro,etc.) directly without having a PayPal account activated (more details)

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 2 months. It depends what you purchased. You can email us weartfstore@gmail.com for specific shipping times.

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of China so you should expect different arrivals.If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you expect a detailed and exactly delivery date for a present or holiday gift, there is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. Be aware that our delivery window is 1 week to 2 months. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
